Environmental Benefit Projects (EBP’s) resulting from Riverkeeper’s settlement of two Clean Water Act lawsuits, and naming HVSC as the recipient to use funds to benefit the Pocantico and Hudson Rivers.

The main goals of these projects are to track the locations of sewage sources into the lower Pocantico River and to evaluate the Pocantico outflow on the water quality of Sleepy Hollow’s Hudson River beaches.
